Behind The Ear (BTE)

  • Appropriate for most types of hearing loss
  • House a variety of circuit options and amplify sounds to a greater degree than most custom models
  • Sends sound to the ear canal via the earmold and clear plastic tubing, which is molded to fit comfortably in the outer ear area
  • Audibel BTE styles feature EZ Touch™, a completely new way to control the volume and settings on hearing aids with the simple sweep or touch of a finger. Even those with limited dexterity can easily adjust their hearing aids.

Receiver In The Canal  (RIC)

  • Appropriate for severe to profound hearing loss
  • Designed to widen the distance between the microphone and receiver, lessening feedback and contains Audibel's innovative feedback canceller — WhistleFree Feedback Cancellation
  • Offers a discreet, open-fit solution
  • Appropriate for mild to moderate hearing loss
  • Variety of color options available
  • Available in 312, 13 and 10 battery sizes
  • Power Solution version available for moderate to severe hearing loss

  • Appropriate for mild to severe hearing loss
  • House a variety of circuit options in a custom-made shell that fits in the outer portion of the ear
  • Custom-made shell fits snugly in the ear
  • Easy to insert and adjust — may be helpful for people with limited dexterity


In The Canal  (ITC)

  • For mild to moderately severe hearing loss
  • Custom designed to fit in the ear canal
  • Discreet, yet still slightly visible within the outer ear
  • Offer a variety of circuit choices that would have previously required a larger instrument
  • Variety of circuit choices despite small size


Completely In The Canal  (CIC)

  • Appropriate for mild to moderate hearing loss
  • Nearly invisible when worn
  • Custom designed to fit entirely in the ear canal, improving sound quality and reducing feedback
  • Uses the natural anatomy of the head, pinna and ear canal to provide a clean, clear signal
  • Audibel's extraordinary custom craftsmanship allows us to create more comfortable CICs than ever before
  • Depending on the physiology of your ears, a CIC may or may not be the best option
  • Used exclusively in adults
