Amy is a National Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana State University. Since working with Indiana Hearing Aid Company, she has been awarded Audibel's Excellence in Clinical Standards three years in a row.
She has provided better hearing for patients for over 11 years. She strives to help EVERY patient hear their best, and finds joy in helping patients reconnect with the world around them.
In her personal time, Amy spends time with her husband, daughter, and dog going camping and singing karaoke with friends.
Terry J Donovan is an Audiologist with over 30 years experience. He has his Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and Audiology from Purdue and his Master’s Degree in Audiology from Ball State. Born and raised in Kokomo, Terry has been with Indiana Hearing Aid Company since October 2018.
What Terry finds most rewarding is when his patient’s return to him to share their new experiences and success with their new hearing technology.
Terry is married with two puppies. He has the unfortunate traits of going to auctions and being a hoarder.
Chandra Abston is a Regional Administrative Coordinator. Chandra is from Shelbyville, Indiana, she attended Shelbyville Senior High School and International Business College for Business Management. She started working at Indiana Hearing Aid Company in 2017 and was drawn to the profession because of her passion for helping others. What Chandra loves most about saving hearing lives is the smile on the patient’s face when they can hear things they have been missing for years. She finds her career choice to be very rewarding when the patient’s lives have been changed for the better due to better hearing. Chandra strives to make sure the patients have the best experience from the time they walk into the clinic until the time they leave the clinic. Outside of saving hearing lives, Chandra loves planning events, baking, and spending time with her family and friends.
