Katie Smith is a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Katie is from Indianapolis, IN, and attended Decatur Central. Katie began working in the hearing industry in 2023 at Indiana Hearing Aid Company. She was drawn to the profession because of her love for helping others. What Katie loves most about saving hearing lives is getting to know her patients personally and seeing the positive impacts hearing health has on their everyday lives. In her everyday work, Katie strives to create a judgment-free zone for her patients to voice their hearing concerns. Outside of saving hearing lives, Katie loves to spend time with her two kids, read, and go to concerts.
Yasmen Pugh is a Patient Care Coordinator originally from Indianapolis, Indiana. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and later received her MBA with concentrations in Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, and Human Resources from the University of Southern Indiana.
She entered the hearing healthcare industry in 2026, drawn by her passion for helping others and fostering personal growth. What she enjoys most about saving hearing lives is seeing how improved hearing strengthens patients' relationships and enhances their connection with the people around them.

Outside of work, Yasmen enjoys baking, singing, spending time with family and friends, and finding opportunities to have fun and make lasting memories.
