Andrea Hafner is a Patient Service Coordinator. Andrea is originally from Lowell, MA and moved to Greenwood, IN in 1988. Andrea attended Southport High School/Greenwood High School and started working at Mooresville in 2022. Andrea began working in the hearing industry in 2019 and was drawn to the profession because of provider Amy Markey. What Andrea loves most about saving hearing lives is seeing some patients become emotional after hearing things they haven’t heard in years. Andrea strives to provide the best patient service and relations in her everyday work with patients. Outside of saving hearing lives, Andrea loves hobbies such as beating boys at Call of Duty, gaming, karaoke, spending time with family and friends and spoiling her dog, Ruby.
Joshua Rothwell is a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Joshua grew up in Johnson County and has lived there most of his life. Joshua attended Edinburgh High School and started working at Indiana Hearing Aid Company in 2017. Joshua was drawn to the hearing industry because of his passion for helping people.
What Joshua loves most about saving hearing lives is seeing the impact it has on the patient’s relationships with their families. Joshua focuses on improving communication, especially in noisy situations, in his everyday work with patients.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Joshua loves hobbies such as hiking, camping, and anything spent while with the family.
