Joshua Rothwell is a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Joshua grew up in Johnson County and has lived there most of his life. Joshua attended Edinburgh High School and started working at Indiana Hearing Aid Company in 2017. Joshua was drawn to the hearing industry because of his passion for helping people.
What Joshua loves most about saving hearing lives is seeing the impact it has on the patient’s relationships with their families. Joshua focuses on improving communication, especially in noisy situations, in his everyday work with patients.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Joshua loves hobbies such as hiking, camping, and anything spent while with the family.
Terry J Donovan is an Audiologist with over 30 years experience. He has his Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and Audiology from Purdue and his Master’s Degree in Audiology from Ball State. Born and raised in Kokomo, Terry has been with Indiana Hearing Aid Company since October 2018.
What Terry finds most rewarding is when his patient’s return to him to share their new experiences and success with their new hearing technology.
Terry is married with two puppies. He has the unfortunate traits of going to auctions and being a hoarder.
Andrea Hafner is a Patient Care Coordinator. She is originally from Lowell, MA and moved to Greenwood, IN in 1988, graduating from Greenwood High School in 1997. Andrea began working in the hearing industry in 2019 and joined our Mooresville office in 2022. What she loves most is seeing patients reconnect with their loved ones. Andrea strives to provide the best care in her everyday work with patients. Outside of saving hearing lives, she enjoys amusement parks with her fiancé, watching sports, being with friends, family and spoiling her pets.
