Bryan is excellent. Transparent (we both were in a learning experience regarding the laptop streaming device). Patient….answered all my questions and willing to test out a couple scenarios to make sure the device performed as promised.

Bryan was extremely helpful and he was able to thoroughly explain to me the results of my auditory exams and determine which hearing aid would work best for me. He then was patient enough to walk me through the app associated with the hearing aid. I walked out of there feeling like a new person. It was funny, as I went to unlock my vehicle, I heard a chirp, and thought, hmm, never knew it sounded like that. Cheers to hearing the world in a whole new way!!
