Very easy to make appointments. Very happy with the 3 yrs of cleaning and inspections on my hearing aids. They ask how well they fit and if you have any issues and make adjustments needed. Shelbyville office is a pleasure to visit and get all you needs taken care of.Terry Emrick, on Google

Always kind and great to answer any questions and help any way they can. Hardly ever have to wait and are flexible on when to set appointments. Adjust my hearing aids when ever I ask and make sure everything is clean and working well. Overall great place!!Steve Bassett, on Google
I am Martin. I have difficulty hearing. The Dr. and staff are quite friendly and professional. On my last visit, Dr Mahler up graded my devises, after testing, at no cost to me. Being able to hear again is an immeasurable blessing.kathleen summers, on Google
